By order of the Peaky Blinders you can now visit where the hit BBC Show is filmed around Liverpool and Chester. The British Crime Drama first broadcast in 2013 and is primarily set in Birmingham follows the exploits of the Shelby family in the aftermath of World War One.
The series is primarily filmed in Liverpool, but uses locations around the North West of England to film. Liverpool was chosen as it has some well-preserved Victorian architecture which is the perfect backdrop for the show.
Tours do vary, but some include a visit to Arley Hall in Cheshire which is Tommy’s country mansion in the show. Visitors are often allowed access into both the house and gardens.
